The image sketch (the first image) would be the idea. You can simply sketch it on paper and take a photo of it and upload on the internet, or if you are on Skype with me, send it through there. Once you do, I can begin working on the transformation.
This can be applied to logos or drawings.
Once the Logo is finished, it is given in a bundle of variety forms, png, jpg etc...
You can also request any number of copies and sizes. One important note, as I told one of my clients, it is important that you copyright your logo immediately before you start using it for your projects. This is to avoid your idea being stolen.
My personal request to clients, is to be able to use a smaller low quality version as an example to expand my portfolio for future promotions. If the logo is copyrighted your are protected from any infringement from others.
In the case where you do not have an idea yet, you can search online for some inspiration and get examples from other logos. This is done mostly to get inspiration or used as a reference. Artists do this all the time, specifically writers to further enhance their imagination and it is perfectly legal. In fact, it is one of the most helpful, and recommended advice's given by artists.
Another way you can get inspiration is by using the following website Click here. (You have an option to a logo directly from there, however I offer a lower price with higher quality than the competition. However, I will not be using the exact logo you create from there due to copyright, but rather, use it as a reference. The following image shows you an example of what I mean.
The left image is the reference taken from the website. The right image is the "finished" version of the idea. Through Skype I can add more details (such as the halo) at the clients request.. |
